• Added a component for Reporter dropdown to be displayed in request modal
• renamed /api/remove-webpage to /api/request-removal for consistency
• Send reporter_struct in the payload for the following endpoints
  • /api/request-changes
  • /api/request-removal
• Save reporter in users table if not already exists

QA steps

• Check out this PR
• Make sure you have a valid JIRA_COPY_UPDATES_EPIC and JIRA_TOKEN
• Make sure the JIRA_TOKEN associated with the account has necessary permissions for changing/assigning reporters.
• Run the application using dotrun command locally.
• Open localhost:8104 in your browser.
• Log in using Ubuntu SSO if not already.
• Select any project and page from the left sidebar
• Click on Request Changes button or Request removal button
• Verify yourself as the currently selected reporter
• Change the reporter if you want, and submit the form (Please set the due date any other except current date, there's an issue with current date being fixed in this PR).
• Verify in Jira the issue has been created.
